Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we do! We ship worldwide.

What are your delivery times?
You will receive your items within 2 to 3 weeks of placing your order. 

I only received part of my order—where is the rest?

We may ship out each product separately depending on the overall weight of your package so that our customers don't have to pay Custom and Duty fees.

Even though it cost our company a lot more money to ship out the items individually but we feel like it is the right thing to do for our customers. This is way, you don't have to pay unnecessary fees incurred by customs and duty. Please be rest assured all of your products will arrive.  You can contact us via Email for tracking information for the items that have not arrived.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation with your order information and account login (if you made one) once you have placed your order. You can use this email to later track your order. You will also be emailed a tracking number to track your order with the postal service as soon as your order has shipped.

What is your policy on fees, customs, and lost, stolen, or delayed shipments?
Our team is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages, or for any fees incurred upon international import.  You will be held responsible for the shipping fees of your purchases and any return fees if you refuse a shipment.

Undeliverable Packages
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable with corrected addresses. 

Returns and refunds
Because most items are made to order we can not accept returns. It is very important that you refer to the sizing charts provided to be sure your desired product will fit you correctly. We can accommodate some situations, so don't hesitate to reach out with any issues!
